Creating Art

Creating art gives us an opportunity to fall into our own space and as we practice mindfulness we become engaged in the process. 
In these workshops, we shall create a unique art piece whilst experiencing the benefits of meditation to reduce our stress levels and activate our creativity. 

Mindful art offers various benefits such as reduced stress, increased focus, enhanced creativity, improved self-awareness, and a sense of relaxation. 
It can also promote emotional expression and provide a meditative experience that helps individuals connect with the present moment. 

Art and meditation practices often complement each other, as both involve focused attention and a connection to the present moment. 
Engaging in mindful art can serve as a form of meditation itself, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. 
Additionally, creating art can be a meditative process, allowing individuals to express their emotions and thoughts non-verbally. 
Integrating art into meditation sessions or using artistic activities as a form of mindfulness can enhance the overall experience and foster a deeper sense of inner peace.
